August 16-17 | Hilton Austin

Registration for APICES is now closed, but you can still join the waitlist.

The AAE looks forward to welcoming 310 attendees at APICES this year.

In order to register, individuals must:

  • be a current endodontic resident based in the U.S. or Canada,
  • have a current (2024-25) AAE membership by July 15, 2024,
  • and pay a $230 deposit when registering.

Thanks to the ongoing support of our gracious corporate partners, registration and hotel accommodations remain FREE and residents who attend all educational sessions are eligible for a travel stipend.

Follow these easy steps to register for APICES:

1. UPDATE YOUR MEMBERSHIP

A current 2024-25 AAE membership is required to register for APICES. Renewals will open mid-June, so ensure your registration experience goes smoothly by updating your AAE membership no later than July 15, 2024. If a registrant does not have a current resident membership by July 15, 2024, their registration will be canceled and their spot will be given to a resident from the waitlist.

Visit aae.org/join to view all our membership categories and benefits. Your membership status may take up to 48 hours to process, after which you will be eligible for AAE member pricing.

2. REGISTER

Registration opens July 2, 2024, and will close July 19, 2024, or whenever capacity is met. Spaces are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration will close once capacity is reached and a waitlist will be maintained. Learn more about registration requirements.

3. CONFIRM HOUSING

All attendees are provided accommodations at the Hilton Austin. When registering, be sure to provide all the requested information so AAE staff can provide you the most comfortable accommodation. Learn more about private room requests and roommate assignments.

4. BOOK TRAVEL

All attendees should plan to arrive on Friday, August 16. Registration and the exhibit hall will open at 1 p.m., and programming begins at 3 p.m. Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is served by most major airlines. Attendees are responsible for booking their own flights.

ABOUT THE TRAVEL STIPEND
To assist with the cost of travel, a travel reimbursement of up to $200 is offered. A travel stipend form will be available following the meeting and must be submitted with travel receipts. To qualify for the travel stipend, residents must attend all educational events. Failure to attend those presentations will result in the resident not receiving reimbursement. Attendance will be taken.
